Its good to explore some basic concepts of this 100 days to healthy thingy...

Why a 100 days?

Great things can be achieved over a weekend or 3 days. How about a Juicemaster - 3 day Juiceplan https://www.juicemaster.com/3-day-juice-diet/. Simply amazing by the way.

A weeks yoga vacation say for example with the Sivananda Organisation, could also be really a profound life changing experience too http://www.sivananda.org/vacations/yoga-vacation.html Try this too!

We often trott out the idea that it takes 30 days to anchor in new habits like quiting smoking for example.

So again a reasonable question might be "So whats with the 100 days?"

In my view whilst we can be happy for any easy win, it can take even longer than 30 days for the fruits of a successful self-care program to become anchored in and self evident. After 100 days the behaviours are well locked in and you probably feel awesome. Theres a good chance that after this length of time, good self care is a bit like brushing your teeth. Its just something you do.

What is health?

In 1948, in a radical departure from previous definitions, the World Health Organization (WHO) proposed a definition aimed at linking health to well-being, in terms of "physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity".[10] Although this definition was welcomed by some as being innovative, it was also criticized as being vague, excessively broad, and was not construed as measurable. For a long time it was set aside as an impractical ideal and most discussions of health returned to the practicality of the biomedical model.

Personally I cant see a lot wrong with that definition as long as we feel free to include the emotional and spiritual realms of well being too.

However thats NOT the point because I invite you to make your 100 days to healthy about whatever focused or broad aspect of YOUR health you want it to be about. Where is your inner healer wanting to take you? What do YOU want to focus on? In my case my recent history sets the stage for aspects of health to be worked on.

A simple idea, place your health as first priority above all else, let your inner healer guide you to the good stuff, minimise the bad stuff. Do that for long enough (100 days) so you can reap the harvest and see what happens
